Magnation Shipping Policy

Magnation ships domestically to all 50 US States, as well as Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia via:

 

FedEx, Shopify Shipping or PirateShip

 

Saturday Delivery is unavailable.

Shipments up to 70 pounds in weight are automated.  Any shipment over a combined weight of 70 pounds will receive an alternative shipping adjustment based on real-time rates at the time of fulfillment.

 

The following US territories and Armed Forces PO’s should follow the instructions for International Shipping:

 

Armed Forces POs (Americas, Europe, Pacific)

US Virgin Islands

Palau

Guam

Northern Marianas

Marshall Islands

Micronesia

American Samoa

 

International Shipments are available, however Magnation requires contact via either email: mike.cohn@magnationwater.com or phone: +1.888.820.0363 due to the import/export forms required and the custom shipping estimates this requires.

 

Delivery Estimates

 

Whenever possible, Magnation will execute shipping of orders within 24 hours of order receipt in observance of Monday to Friday business shipping days.  Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following business day.

 

Magnation shipping observes all US federal holidays. Orders placed prior to and therein will be shipped the following business day.

 

Shipping Timelines

 

Once your order has shipped, method of shipping and carrier will determine when your order arrives to your door.

 

Customers will receive an email with confirmation of shipment, as well as tracking within 48-72 hours of order placement.
